Health & Nutrition Appointment

Whether you're local to us or not, you can either book in for a 30 minute in face-to-face appointment at our Imperial Pets Store based in Chester, or an over the phone appointment with Claire, a former Veterinary Nurse, who can advise on diet and natural health products. Perfect if you're looking to switch your pet's food and need advice on which would be best for your individual pet's needs, or if your pet has any specific health related conditions and you're looking for a natural approach to help support them.

We charge £25 for appointments at the time of booking which is non refundable for missed appointments and you must let us know within 24 hours if you wish to cancel.

Once you have booked your appointment, please send us an email to give us an overview of what you would like to discuss, so that Claire can prepare any additional information for you to take away.
